Responsibilities:
Provide Care for individuals with disability. Assist them with activities of daily living, prepare food for them, drive them to their medical and other appointments (using agency vehicle), occaisionally, take them out into the community for recreation and sight seeing etc.
Requirements:
- Must have at least a high school diploma.
- Must have a valid/unexpired Maryland driver’s license
- Must own/have an automobile
- Must have a good driving record
- Must have a valid & current MEDICATION TECH TRAINING & CERTIFICATION
- Must have a valid & current CPR & FIRST AID CERTIFICATION
- Must have taken the BLOOD PATHORGENE COURSE
- Must have taken the MANDT/BEHAVIOR TRAINING
- Must have taken the DDA 9 Core Training Courses

Must upon job offer, take and submit a Criminal Background Report
(Using the Agencies Form containing the agency’s Name & Special Code)
(Photocopies of the above mentioned items will be required upon registration and before start work)
Wage Rate: Very competitive, starting at $18/hr. based on experience and other factors.
