  • Employment Services

    Our Employment Services are designed to help the individual access employment and/ or explore the possibilities and impact of work. Our Employment services are designed to assist the individual with preparing, accessing and maintaining paid employment in the community. Services include but are not limited to: Follow-Along Supports, job development, Ongoing Job Supports, Follow Along Supports, Co-Worker Employment Supports. It also includes Job and task analysis activities, Work skill training, Training in social skills, Job coaching and counseling, Worksite visits, Ongoing evaluation, Monitoring Individual’s performance.

  • Residential services(ALUs)

    Stein provides residential services comprising of two or three bedroom apartments or homes at various parts of the County and Cities. Our clients have a variety of choices based on their needs, including wheelchair accessibility. Our residential services help individuals learn the skills necessary to be as independent as possible in their own home and in community life. Individuals learn how to stay in the community with as much independence as possible. Individuals gain skills to maximize independence with activities of daily living and to participate in community life. Individuals learn Survival skills, correct social behaviors and how to handle money and Mobility transportation training to maximize use of public transportation

  • Day Habilitation Program

    Our Day Rehabilitation program provides opportunities for our individuals to participate In a variety of activities of their choice in the community. It allowspartIcipantstodevelopthe necessary social, coping and life skills needed for integration into the greater community. Typical activities include exploration of the community and social interactions.

  • Community Development Services (CDS)

    Our Community development services are activities, special assistance, support, and education to help individuals find employment and/or participate in activities in their communities. Individuals engage in activities that promote health and socialization.

  • Personal Supports

    This is a hands-on assistance with activities of daily living e.g. bathing, dressing grooming, eating etc. These supports are provided in the Individual’s own home, family home, in the community, and/or at a work site.

  • Respite

    This is a short-term relief service provided when the individual’s regular caregiver is absent or needs a break. The service is provided in your home and/or community settings to meet planned or emergency situations, giving caregivers a time free from their role as care provider.
